Eugene Bike Share

Launching Spring 2018

We are excited to announce confirmation of a title sponsor! Title sponsorship will help support operations and provide a strong foundation for the long-term sustainability of the system.

However, due to the additional production time required to brand all system assets, the launch will be extended until spring. Stay tuned for a title sponsorship announcement event that will be held in January, which will include the unveiling of the branded bikes!

Why is bike share great?

Eugene Bike Share offers the perfect way to get around town, whether it’s a work commute, to run errands, get some exercise, or just for fun. Eugene Bike Share is easily accessible and gives the flexibility to return a bike to any of the 30+ designated location.

It’s affordable and convenient. With one simple registration, you’ll gain access to 300 bikes whenever you need one.

And, bike-sharing programs support health, the environment, and local businesses!

How does it work?

The City of Eugene, University of Oregon, and Lane Transit District are partnering with Social Bicycles to bring bike share to Eugene.

Eugene Bike Share bikes are equipped with built-in technology that can track calories burned, calculate distance traveled and ride duration, estimate your reduction in CO2 emissions, and calculate the money you saved by not driving!

Help us get ready to ride! Tell us what you think of the phase one proposed stations that will be installed this spring.
